The safety and well-being of our nation is paramount, so we are following Government instructions and advice to assist in reducing the spread of coronavirus. As a mobile and online business, we will continue to be available to you for any questions and advice as always.  Deliveries are affected and restricted and key staff are home working, so service may be a little slower than normal.

As our distribution team make numerous home visits with customer contact we expect varying levels of isolation orders to impact our service. When able to deliver and in order to safeguard the safety of you and our team (who use personal protection equipment as a precaution), we will ask you to adhere to Government guidelines and those of our distribution team (which may vary with Government intervention). These will be forwarded to you prior to arrival on site.

We cannot deliver ‘at any cost’ and our team will only be able to deliver if you adhere to the rules in place at that time. We may at times be instructed by Government not to enter the property when delivering.

Please appreciate that our dispatch team is and will be under immense pressure and as such, we and they will respond to any communications asap but there could be a delay in doing so. We will endeavour to work to safely and efficiently delivery your order and thank you for your patience at this time.

  • Sales remain unchanged and we are still able to offer deliveries.
  • Deliveries subject to Government Instructions and distancing rules.  We will confirm current restrictions at time of organising your delivery or collection.
  • New stock ‘on sea’ and due at UK Ports.  This may be delayed slightly if port staff levels are affected by Covid-19.
  • Key distribution staff are coordinating and working securely from home to complete your orders.
